Follow the steps
1. start -- run -- type "cmd" & enter
2. type - "netsh int ipv4 reset" and enter
3. type - "netsh int winsock reset" and enter
4. type - "netsh int winsock reset.reset log" and enter
Restart your system and go to run and type "gpupdate /force" press enter
